Removes a semaphore.

The ID of the semaphore you want to remove.

A result code.

DISCUSSION

Calling this function unblocks all tasks waiting on the semaphore and the tasks’ respective MPWaitOnSemaphore calls will return with the result code kMPDeletedErr.
